Shipping policy

Thank you for considering us for your western needs!

We ship out daily Monday to Thursday.

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. 

Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped out on Monday, except if it falls on a holiday. 

Shipping can usually take 3-5 business days within California and 4-10 days outside of California. It all depends on your post office, weather and federal holidays.


Please note that once your package has left our store and has tracking, it's out of our control, you will have to contact your local shipping services (USPS, UPS ect.). 

 

In-Store Pick up 

Here's how it works:

  • During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store (Please note that once in-store pickup has been chosen, you cannot change your delivery option)
  • We'll show you an estimated pickup date (Processing time may take 24 to 48 hours)
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
  • Bring your ID, credit card and order number to the store and pick up your items
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment
